SATURDAY LOVE AND PINE NUTS

Incomparable nights in Shanghai, and that every week-end. Here's the recipe:
Get some ilegally imported western food at the Guacamole-Lady's (be careful with the fake pine nuts though), invite your crazy friends from NZ, Chile and Singapore for dinner and spontaneously organise an under-water-love-lying-on-the-dancefloor-party in a chinese appartment situated in front of a hospital.
After you have danced and swom like a retarded maniac on the floor, hug and touch eachother like you just popped love-pills. At that moment I actually really thought that we just have opened the most galactic club in town. Those nights will always exist in my memory as an emblem of enjoying yourself and your friends to the extent that is humanly possible.

A tribute to Shanghai nights with Carlotta, Natalia, Bastian, Sam, Kenny - and the best song to describe that feeling:

KIWI AT FIRST SIGHT

I love him. Both because of his stunning work and because he's sharing my bubbly passion.

He's got the eye, the arrogance and the talent. A tribute to an outstanding fashion/docu-photographer from New Zealand, because he made me discover the real thing:

HOLGASMIC

Analog cult goes digital.

No more waiting for your pictures to be developped, no more friction, no more gelatin silver? Why not!

The concept makes sence as soon as you take a look at the amazing minimalistic design of the digital Holga D. Black plastic, 80s shapes, a more then distinguisable "aaah-there-it-is-button" which is free to move on the left side for easy lefthanded shutter release - all in one a facile delicacy designed by indian art-guru Saitkas Biswas. Shukria.

A tribute to digital simplicity:
